Here you'll find answers to the most common questions regarding ferry bookings.

Do I have to print the ticket?

Major ferry companies offer electronic tickets, so you don't need to print them.
Simply show the QR code on your phone when boarding.
Your electronic ticket also includes everything you need to know about boarding procedures.

How do I get my ticket?

If the ferry company doesn't offer electronic tickets, you can get your tickets directly from the ticket office at the port before boarding.

Your booking confirmation email contains information about ticket offices.

Can I make changes to tickets?

To change tickets, go to "My Booking" and use the chat option to request changes.
A commission of €6 is applied.
Changes must comply with the shipping company's policies.

Change requests are processed at the following times:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am-7:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8 am-5:30 pm (EET)

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel tickets and get a refund by requesting it up to 36 hours before departure via "My Booking".
A fee of €6 will be applied for each canceled booking.

Cancellation terms may vary between different companies.

What happens if the ferry doesn't depart due to bad weather or technical problems?

If your ferry is canceled due to bad weather, you can:

  1. Replace the ticket with one of equal value.

  2. Cancel the ticket and request a full refund from the shipping company.

The companies always try to notify via email or text message in case of cancellations, but especially in the case of uncertain weather conditions, sometimes it is not possible.
In this case, alternative solutions are always proposed to the port, if possible.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Refunds are always issued to the same credit/debit card used for the booking.
Depending on your bank, it usually takes 8-10 business days for your refund to be processed and the funds to appear in your bank account

I haven't received the booking confirmation, can you resend it?

If you need to receive the confirmation email again, you can request it via our contact form or download it directly from your "My Booking" area.

Suggestions:

  1. Please make sure you enter your contact details correctly when booking.

  2. Check your spam folder or trash if you can't find the email.

  3. If your email address is incorrect, please contact us to correct it and we will resend your confirmation email. For security, we may ask you to confirm some booking details before proceeding.

What happens if I miss the ferry?

If you miss the ferry you can ask at the ticket offices at the port if there are seats available on the next ferries departing from the same company.
They generally have some flexibility, but rebooking isn't guaranteed.

Can I choose my seat on the ferry?

No hydrofoil or ferry service operating in the Gulf of Naples offers assigned seating; you can sit in any available seat.

Likewise, outdoor or indoor seats aren't guaranteed, and not all hydrofoils have outdoor seats.

Is there a bathroom on the hydrofoils?

Yes, all vessels are equipped with toilets, and in most cases, a bar service as well.
